SaaS Branding

The Challenge

The EOS One software allows businesses to run weekly meetings, track quarterly projects, and build a company's short and long-term plans while staying compliant to the EOS system.

Since this a new product for EOS, the challenge was finding a way to keep it faithful to the parent brand, while making it feel "new" and "fresh."

The Solution

To make it feel "new" and "fresh," I leaned in towards the lighter tints of the EOS brand. The tints were then merged together into a cohesive gradient that feels warm and inviting. I also expanded the brand colors to give each section its own marker as seen in the video thumbnails below.

Some existing EOS assets were turned into icons or isometric images that drew upon the parent brand's service and product offerings to help the software feel familiar.

Video Promotion

Story Board

To drive the promotion of EOS One, the marketing team at EOS was tasked with creating a comprehensive, introductory video. My role was to provide brand-compliant imagery to the story board content, and then hand off to the video producer.

Animals!

The animals below were created as a set of custom emojis for the EOS One software. Each animal has a different phrase, but were made for one purpose: to signal users to stay focused on the meeting’s topic.

Rollout

Digital Marketing

Below are samples of digital assets, from paid ads to banners, that show different features available in EOS One. While a few images shows only the software and website, most of the digital assets displays people using the software. At the heart of EOS is people-centered marketing, and I wanted to carry that through EOS One.

Print Marketing

To accompany the digital efforts, the marketing and tech teams ran live demo sessions during the EOS conference. I designed the stage backdrop with enough negative space for the screen and presenter, the mousepad, pillars, and even the fun outfits!
